In case of non-delivery (RTO) of the product, amount will be refunded back to the customer after deducting 1. Delivery expenses 2. RTO expenses 3. an additional 3% processing fees.

In case of order cancellation from the customer, amount will be refunded back to the customer after deducting 3% processing fees.
